Our speaker, Irina Șubredu, is a distinguished psychologist and the founder of the Becoming Center—a hub for therapy, training, and personal development. With a Master’s Degree in psychotherapy and expertise in Schema Therapy, Irina has dedicated her career to helping individuals break free from self-defeating patterns and improve their emotional wellbeing.
