What you will do
Elevate our brand across various platforms by crafting compelling LinkedIn posts that resonate with our target audience. Also, consider how we could grow using other platforms.
Own our newsletter: Curate, create, and send newsletters by incorporating the latest science news, Mindletic data, and engaging stories.
Prepare engaging content:Develop impactful presentations and visual materials based on science news, Mindletic updates, and user insights.
Innovate user engagement: Search for and experiment with new, engaging forms of presenting content to our users.
Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, while ensuring all outputs are refined, personalized, and authentically human.
Refine and update our website via WordPress, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Write content for public relations (PR) efforts, including press releases, articles, and other materials that effectively communicate our brand’s story and values.
Utilize our brand assets on Figma to create simple yet impactful visuals for social media.
Potential to lead a growing marketing team as we grow.
What are we looking for
Interest and care for science-backed EQ & mental health is a must.
Previous experience in marketing and/or communication.
Ability to quickly understand the pains and values we address for different personas.
YES attitude towards unknown and daily new challenges (we’re very dynamic, as startups are!).
Proactive mindset: You take initiative, anticipate needs, take ownership of results, and focus on driving growth in key metrics.
Ownership mentality with a data-driven mindset.
Passion for the written word and storytelling.
Excellent communication skills in English & Lithuanian (written and spoken).
Previous experience in HR, mental health, psychology, or education is a huge plus.
