  • compensation range of 2000 – 4000 EUR (before taxes as a freelancer) + bonuses + company stock options

 

What will you be doing

  • Proactive account management and strategic consulting based on proprietary aggregated data and scientific insights (ongoing research on science findings is a must have). 
  • Integration of Mindletic solutions into B2B client processes.

  • Consulting senior people managers using client-specific data, our data, scientific insights, and relevant case studies.

  • Driving client engagement, activation, churn prevention, and upsell opportunities.

  • High volume of impactful written and verbal communication with clients.

  • Conducting continuous user research to guide Mindletic product development.

  • Effective daily CRM management for ~30 B2B accounts.

  • Potential to step into a leadership role as the organization grows (optional).

  • Overview & manage the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to engagement, (re)activation and offboarding.

  • Proactively drive expansion via existing clients testimonials & referrals.

  • Represent Mindletic at international events.

 

What are we looking for

  • Minimum 30hrs/week commitment

  • High level of organization, sociability, attention to detail, tech savvy, and proactive mindset.

  • Proven experience managing several B2B accounts with demonstrated tangible results.

  • Previous experience working simultaneously with multiple stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (small organisation or a start-up).

  • Natural curiosity, interest in science,  ambition, and a results-oriented approach.

  • Fluent in English with Lithuanian as a native language.

  • Located in Vilnius most of the time.

  • Interest in emotional intelligence (EQ) & education.

  • University degree in Social Sciences (Psychology degree is a strong plus).

  • Proven ability to host events and deliver engaging presentations.

  • A constant learning, growth & “YES” attitude towards the unknown and daily new challenges. We are very dynamic, as startups often are!

  • A strong sense of ownership with a data-driven mindset.

  • Passion for establishing and nurturing long-term deep partnerships.

  • Previous experience in HR, sales, research, mental health, HR consultancy, psychology, or education is a significant plus.

  • Previous experience with remote work and working with AI tools is a plus.
