On March 25th Mindletic invites you to join an event.

In high-pressure work settings, leaders often face multiple layers of stress that can impact both their own well-being and overall team performance. This event will delve into the challenges of managing organizational stress and the importance of emotional containment – the ability to hold and regulate emotions without passing them on to others. Whether you’re navigating high-pressure situations or aiming to create a healthier work environment, this event will provide practical tools to lead with emotional intelligence and stability.

During the session we will explore the following:

• The impact of multi-level stressors on individual wellbeing and team performance.

• Understanding emotional containment and its significance in the workplace.

• Strategies for managing organizational anxiety and preventing emotional spillover.

• Role of leaders in fostering emotional co-regulation and team resilience.
