If it’s a yes, then you’re not alone and and it’s extremely common when living in the current economical, political and environmental climate. Being overwhelmed can cause difficulty in focusing and concentrating, low energy, aches in different parts of your body and you might struggle to continue doing things that used to come with ease. 

That is why we invite you to April’s practical event where we’ll both discuss how we can self regulate even in the most toughest of moments and try out Esther’s lead mindfulness practice ourselves.

About Esther 🔉:

Esther Schramm supports individuals and organizations as a conflict professional, solution-focused and hypnosystemic agile coach, mental health educator, and mindfulness meditation teacher. 

With a background as a trauma survivor and seasoned neurodivergent professional in corporate environments, Esther integrates neuroscientific knowledge with trauma-sensitive mindfulness tools to promote resilience and safety. 

She has over 10 years’ experience in supporting people at work experiencing mental and collaborative crisis and over 6 years in the agile industry, fostering agile collaboration. 

Specialized in enabling deeper connections and inclusive workplaces, Esther is passionate about integrating power-sensitive intersectional belonging principles into organizational structures and processes. She believes in creating environments where everyone feels a sense of belonging, joy and agency.
