As the Account Executive at Mindletic, you will be at the forefront of our mission to boost EQ and mitigate costly destructive behaviour patterns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, find, and engage perspective clients
  • Analyse market trends and select targets
  • Proactively approach representatives of target companies, maintaining a high volume of contacts
  • Conduct online discovery calls, consult regarding EQ training in companies, product demos, lead negotiations, and close deals with potential clients
  • Find the right win-win solution for each client using a dialogue-based approach
  • Provide objective feedback to help shape Mindletic’s growth and product strategy
  • Creatively follow up with high-value clients using CRM, maintaining detailed notes and tasks
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance and improve growth strategies
  • Opportunity to grow into leadership (optional)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated interest and care for emotional intelligence
  • 2+ years of experience in b2b sales, account executive role
  • track record of results closing long-term partnerships
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, in English
  • Native Lithuanian speaker
  • A ‘yes’ attitude towards unknown and new challenges
  • Ownership mentality, taking responsibility for team success
  • Data-driven approach
  • High organisational skills
  • Previous experience in a similar b2b sales position
  • Ambition to scale globally
