Andrius Brazauskas is a dedicated Gestalt psychotherapist who finds deep meaning and fulfillment in his work. His primary focus is helping clients uncover and understand their core needs while discovering new ways to live a fuller, more authentic life. With a strong belief that the quality of life is directly tied to the quality of our emotions, he works closely with clients to develop the skills of recognizing emotions, enabling them to better meet their needs. Before becoming a psychotherapist, Andrius pursued a career in business management and explored various professional paths. These experiences gave him a broader perspective on life and helped him recognize what truly resonated with him, leading to a deep appreciation for his current work. Drawing on a range of approaches, including Gestalt therapy’s holistic methodology, Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication, and Irvin D. Yalom’s existential principles, Andrius tailors his methods to meet the unique needs of each client.
