Dr. Aiste Krataviciute-Alisauskiene is a co-founder of Unlock Test, specializing in strategic human resource management and personality assessment. With over 15 years of experience in psychometric testing, she has honed her expertise in adapting personality assessments for various cultural contexts and is recognized for leading research on personality traits in different settings. Her work includes the development and implementation of competency models, motivational systems, and performance evaluation frameworks for both private and public sector organizations across Europe. Dr. Krataviciute-Alisauskiene holds a PhD from Lund University, where her doctoral research focused on the effects of personality traits on attitudes toward performance evaluation systems.
