– salary range of 2500 – 4000 EUR (before taxes as a freelancer or employee) + bonuses + company stock options
– Conduct engaging onboarding & activation events and presentations for our clients.
– Organize monthly events for clients, including finding and negotiating with speakers, signing contracts, and hosting the event.
– Develop monthly written communications featuring science news and valuable EQ training related topics for our clients & end users.
– Hold monthly (mainly online) meetings with our B2B clients to consult them based on their data, maintain close contact, understand their needs, find opportunities and propose ideas for further development of Mindletic, with a focus on upsells and churn prevention.
– Manage the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to engagement, (re)activation and offboarding.
– Sometimes handle operational tasks such as invoicing, legal matters, accounting, end user customer support to ensure smooth business operations.
– Proactively drive expansion via existing clients, referrals and more.
– Manage research activities such as focus groups, research calls testing new ideas which scale
– A strong interest and care for science-backed EQ training and mental health are a must.
– Proven ability to host events, consult using science-backed insights and deliver engaging presentations.
– Previous experience in B2B account management is required.

– Previous experience in HR, sales, research, mental health, HR consultancy, psychology, or education is a significant plus.
– Previous experience with remote work and partnership management is a plus.
