What you'll be doing

We are seeking a skilled backend or full-stack developer with a strong focus on PHP and Laravel to join our dynamic team. Whether you’re looking for part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) or full-time engagement, if you’re passionate about building high-quality web applications in a remote, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Build and maintain robust backend APIs using PHP (Laravel framework).
Own and evolve our tech infrastructure to meet product and business needs.
Collaborate with the team through thoughtful code reviews, new technology learning sessions and integrating AI into your coding process!
Optionally, work on implementation of frontend applications
Develop, test, deploy, monitor, and refine our applications for optimal performance.
Contribute to product decisions and bring innovative ideas to the table (we value versatility in our startup environment!).

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience with PHP and the Laravel framework.
Familiarity with:
- AWS or other cloud services.
- Git for version control.
- Building REST APIs.
- MySQL or similar databases.
- CI/CD pipelines.
- Bonus points for knowledge of React.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and share knowledge with the team.
Effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
